Directory notes


1.  Go to the appropriate directory to obtain fmriutil.tar, which contains utilities to make 
Analyze-format volumes, NIFTI .nii files or AFNI BRIKs from an Efile and P.mag file.

2.  dcm2analyze will convert scanner anatomic images (any rev) to an analyze volume.

3.  readphysxx.m will sample the .physio file and write output file 
for use as covariates, etc.

4.  readgsr20.m to read the GSR Tracerdac files from 3T2 suite

5.  retroicorxx for denosing of an image file  using .physio file 
according to RETROICOR algorithm.

6.  rvhrcorxx for denosing of an image file  using .physio file
according to Catie Chang's resp/cardiac denoising algorithm.
